Yes. Four Seasons Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Insurance validation certificates are available upon request.
How do you pre-screen your team members?
The majority of our team members have been with the us for a long period of time. Any new hires must go through a complete background screen which includes a Florida Department of Law Enforcement criminal history check, a credit check, verification of previous employment, a drug screen, and conversations with at least 4 personal references of the employe
How do you access my home?
Four Seasons Cleaning must be able to access your home to provide services. There are three choices:
1) Customers leave a key to their home at our office, and we take extreme measures to protect each key. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe and coded for security.
2) If it is not possible to leave a key with Four Seasons Cleaning, you may meet the service provider at your residence.
3) If neither of the above is possible, alternate arrangements can be made. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key. That way you don't have to wait around to meet the service providers.
If I give you my keys, how are they protected?
Your key is coded as soon as it enters the office. It will be stored in a locked key storage box to which only Four Seasons Cleaning management has access. The day of your scheduled cleaning, your key is matched to your job ticket. Upon returning to the office, team members return all keys to management who then places them back into the secured storage box.
How many people will clean my home?
Our teams vary from job to job. Generally, our staff works in teams of two or three. Sometimes, for larger homes and offices we have teams of four or more.
Will I always have the same cleaning team?
We make every effort to send the same cleaning team each time. Occasionally there may be a change in team members due to illness, day off, or vacation. Four Seasons Cleaning provides an extensive training program to each of our team members to ensure consistent cleaning techniques throughout our staff.
What is the cost of my cleaning?
Fees are based on the size and condition of your home. We will be happy to give our customers an initial estimate over the phone based upon the square footage and the customer's description of the home's condition. Once Four Seasons Cleaning enters your home for an initial walk through we will have a better sense of exactly how long the cleaning should take. At that time should we become aware of a discrepancy between the estimate and actual time needed, we will discuss the difference and the reasons for the difference, with the customer. Very often, first-time cleans or one-time cleanings may require additional time and an additional fee. No matter what the situation, you will always be fully aware of the exact cost of our services prior to any work being done.
What is the cancellation policy?
Should it be necessary for you to cancel your cleaning appointment, we kindly request you provide us with as much notice as possible. We understand however, that at times last minute cancelations will be necessary. Four Seasons Cleaning will never charge you for a canceled cleaning.
What if my cleaning falls on holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday Four Seasons Cleaning observes, we will be sure to contact you to reschedule your cleaning.
How do I provide feedback on my cleanings?
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, you may call our office directly, or even visit this website to let us know how things went -- good or bad. Your feedback is essential to serve you better, and to correct any problems. Our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction with your cleaning.
